Privacy policy

This policy describes the Daelo website. We use your information to provide your account, process payments, and create the images and videos you request.

Information we collect

We receive your Google account identifier and the name and email Google shares when you sign in. We process uploaded images, editing instructions, selected templates, generated media, and your consent to use uploaded content. Photos of people can contain sensitive information.

We store your credit balance, generation history, subscription status, payment identifiers, and refund requests. Stripe handles card details; our application does not store full card numbers. We also process session information and service logs for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website. Google provides sign-in and cloud hosting/storage, Neon hosts application data, and Stripe processes payments. Vydra and its generation providers process the images and instructions needed to produce your requested media. Provider processing and retention are governed by their applicable policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

Account information, credit records, and saved creations remain associated with your account while needed to provide the service. Access to account data and media requires authorization; media delivery may use time-limited links. Some billing, fraud-prevention, and audit records may need to be retained after account deletion. Copies processed by generation providers are subject to those providers’ retention policies.

Your choices

Upload only content you have permission to use. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and content, email shoafsystems@gmail.com from your account email. We may verify ownership before acting. Cancel subscription renewals in Account → Manage billing; a deletion request is not a substitute for cancelling renewal.

Cookies and age requirement

We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Sign-in and payment providers also use their own cookies and security systems. Daelo is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
