These terms cover the Daelo website, operated by ShoafSystems. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we process your information. Mobile purchases remain governed by their store terms.

Your account and content

You must be at least 18 and are responsible for your account and uploads. Upload only your own content or content you have permission to use, including permission from depicted people. Do not upload images of minors or use the service to impersonate people without consent, deceive others, or create unlawful, hateful, exploitative, or non-consensual sexual content.

You retain your rights in your uploads and grant us permission to process them to provide the requested service. You are responsible for the rights needed to use and share generated results. Results may be inaccurate or unexpected; no specific appearance or outcome is guaranteed.

Subscriptions and credits

Website plans are billed through Stripe monthly or annually at the price shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly payments grant the stated monthly credits; annual payments grant the entire annual allocation upfront. Unused credits carry forward, but an active subscription is required to create.

Each generation shows its credit cost before submission. Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Confirmed failed generations return the reserved credits. If a request is still processing or its outcome is uncertain, check Creations before submitting another.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel future renewals in Account → Manage billing before the renewal date. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period and does not itself issue a refund. Request a refund from the payment entry in your Account, or contact shoafsystems@gmail.com with the receipt reference. We review requests individually, including billing mistakes, unused credits, and service problems. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Approved refunds reverse the corresponding purchased credits.

Availability and account closure

Generation depends on third-party services and may be delayed or unavailable. We may restrict misuse or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Contact support to request account deletion; cancel renewals separately in Manage billing.

Disclaimers and changes

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
